As soon as you're registered with us, you'll begin to receive regular updates, even before new properties are advertised. Viewings are organised and accompanied by a member of our team, who will be keen to make sure that you find the new home that's truly right for you. Applying for a Johnsons property
Once you've found that ideal new home, you'll need to complete our straightforward application process. Simply contact the office and we will supply you with Maras application forms. Company application forms are available where the tenancy is to be taken on by a company. A £60.00 application fee is payable for each applicant, including guarantors. Maras are an external, professional referencing agency offering an independant, third party referencing service.
Can I track my application online? Yes you can. Simply visit www.maras.co.uk. Click on the services 'application tracker'. Enter your date of birth where requested (dd/mm/yyyy) and enter the password code of L12037. Select your record for an update on your application.
