At Johnsons we have developed a property management service that aims to reduce the risks of letting for our landlords.

From the outset, we assess your property to identify any issues that may need addressing prior to letting. We can make sure that you are prepared for your new tenants with gas safety, electrical and energy performance certificates in place. We’ll prepare a professional tenancy agreement, produce a detailed inventory of your property and collect, register and protect your tenant’s deposit.

One of the greatest concerns that many landlords have is whether or not their rent will be paid. We’ve all heard horror stories about tenants not paying the rent and then refusing to leave, but at Johnsons, we can reduce this risk too.

All of our tenants are thoroughly referenced by a professional referencing agency and a report compiled to recommend them – or not!

We will then take out a rental guarantee and legal expenses cover* on your property to provide you with that extra peace of mind.
