He undertakes the overall management of the firm in addition to providing various professional surveying services. |

Robert Johnson Jnr BSc (Hons) MRICS, MNAEA Partner Robert Johnson set up the firm in 1998 before being joined by his father in 2002. Initially the business was mainly residential lettings from an office in Kings Charles Court, Evesham. Robert soon established an excellent reputation for a proactive and friendly service. Business steadily expanded and with careful further recruitment the move to 18 Vine Street, Evesham was made in 2002. Robert is also a Chartered Surveyor providing professional surveying services within the firm. |

Tom Tarver BSc (Hons) MNAEA Partner Tom became a Partner in January 2010 and works with the dedicated team at Johnsons to manage and continue to develop the residential lettings, sales and commercial property departments. Tom graduated from Birmingham City University in 2009 after completing his part-time, First Class Estate Management degree. |

Penny Deacon MNAEA Penny is responsible for the regular inspections of all managed properties, as well as liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors to arrange any neccessary maintenance. Her role in the office also involves the efficient handling of the many day to day property management issues. |

Jane Moore MNAEA As a lettings and sales administrator, Jane deals with many of the property management challenges, from producing tenancy agreements to handling maintenance issues. Jane also works with vendors and purchasers to assist the smooth and efficient progression of sales from offer to completion. |

Kate Rose Kate joined the firm in 2009 as a lettings administrator and has a varied role, which includes arranging lease renewals, gas safety inspections and dealing with maintenance issues. As part of her important role in the office, Kate also works to match up prospective tenants and buyers requirements with the most suitable properties. |

Mary Jenkins Mary is on hand every Saturday morning to help prospective tenants and buyers find their ideal new home. If you are moving into one of our rental properties at the weekend, Mary will be here to talk you through the signing of your lease and give you the keys to your new home. |
