Buying a house, flat or apartment?

      Home Condition Survey

The Home Condition Survey report is a factual description of the home you want to buy, detailing any faults that may be present, based on a thorough examination of the house or flat, inside and out. The structure of the report is designed by SAVA, a leading professional accreditation body engaged in property and energy surveys.

Clients are invited to the inspection of the property for a preliminary verbal run through of findings and discussion of any remediation required.

The report is typically 25 pages long. It includes colour photographs. and covers all fixed internal and external aspects of the property, together with its services. Minor and serious defects are described. Descriptions help you identify where you may need to spend money, or to review the price that you may be prepared to pay!

We have a fast response to requests and generally produce a report within 48 hours of the property inspection.

Prices start from only £350* (Inc. VAT)
